You wouldn't think "cozy" is a word you'd need to mention in June, but...

If you're looking to dry out from a rather disgusting week of cold and rain, and maybe you feel like having a Guinness or two, and you'd like to support some local musicians while you're at it, head on down to the cozy Dublin Crossing tonight for The Little Brother Band.

The Dublin Crossing
is an Irish Pub at its finest -- rather than dimming the lights and throwing a few Irish posters up on the wall, it really does capture the essence of Ireland, with soaring ceilings, impeccable decor, and a focus on offering great Irish beer and food. You'll find them on the Langley/Cloverdale border at Unit 101-18789 Fraser Hwy.

The Little Brother Band
has a sound firmly rooted in the folk/rock genre, but with an eclectic mix of bluesy guitar lines, funky grooves, and searing saxophone solos to complement the rootsy melodies. They hit the stage tonight at 8 p.m.
