Wrigley the offical confectionery supplier to the Vancouver 2010 Olympics

Apparently the Olympics have an official confectionery supplier -- who knew? And in 2010, it will be Wrigley -- the producer of gum brands including Excel, Extra, Juicy Fruit, Hubba Bubba, Doublemint, and Freedent, plus LifeSavers... seems the athletes will be enjoying a lot of gum!

To celebrate, Wrigley shipped gum (and, strangely, bottles of maple syrup) to the Canadian athletes in Beijing. And they've earned the right to use the 2010 logos on their packaging, so keep an eye out for Vancouver 2010-branded Wrigley's gum on store shelves soon.
