What One Was.....is Back Again

Ok, I USED to be a lot more trendy....in my youth. I spent HOURS on my hair. Especially if I had somewhere special to go.

Us mere mortals don't have private stylists to glam us up for a run on the red carpet.

But now we have something almost as good, if not better.

Yaletown is now the home of Blo: Blow Dry Bar.

Hair feeling down and drab? Walk on in and pick from a selection of 'styles' to give you a lift!

The prices are reasonable too, $29 will let you leave the salon recharged, blow dried and hair sprayed into a new look. You can pick from a "hair menu"...takes the guess work out of it all, with names like the Holly Would or the Bardot Updo.

I really think for the next special occasion that I will have to try this out.
