What happened to "Out like a lamb"?

March is on its way out on Vancouver, but there doesn't seem to be a lot of lamb-like behaviour from Mother Nature. For the second time this week, white stuff is falling from the sky. On Wednesday it was serious hail; today it's snow.

Worse, Environment Canada is predicting chances of "rain showers of flurries" right through to Monday.

Maybe this is all and April Fool's joke being played a little too soon?
