West End Dog Show on Saturday

If you're looking for something to do with your dog this weekend, check out the West End Dog Show at Nelson Park on Saturday from 11 a.m. - 4 p.m.

The organizers describe it as a "farmers' market for dogs" with tables and booths with all kinds of interesting things to look at.

Activities and will include a doggie fashion show, free dog treats, a charity dog wash, and a tail-wagging contest.

All proceeds from the West End Dog Show will benefit BC Guide Dog Services.

Nelson park is located at Bute and Nelson. There's an offleash area, but bring a leash for your pooch for your visit to the dog show. More information is available at www.westenddogshow.com.
