Vancouver Folk Music Festival This Weekend

The 31st annual Vancouver Folk Music Festival hits Jericho beach tomorrow night, so brace yourself for three days of sunshine, sand, and some fine, fine music.

As usual, the lineup features great local talent -- like DNA6 or Delhi to Dublin from Vancouver and Carolyn Mark from Victoria, to big(ish)-name acts like Aimee Mann and Spirit of the West (okay, Spirit of the West is still local, but they're big now!).

It's too late to buy tickets online, but tickets will be available at the gate. Craigslist is probably also worth a shot.
