TUTS is Back!

After a few years (and no year at all last year) of lackluster reviews and poor ticket sales, Theatre Under the Stars is back at the Malkin Bowl in Stanley Park.

I think the last show I saw there was Little Shop of Horrors, and I thought they did a great job and had a lot of fun.

So it isn't Bard on the Beach. It is a gorgeous setting for live theatre and I think we always need to support the local amateur theatrics in Vancouver.

This year they are alternating two classics, Grease and Oklahoma.

Tickets are $28. Bring a blanket and cozy up to old fashioned singing and dancing fun.

I think I will check out Oklahoma....it is my sentimental favorite and they probably don't mind me singing along TOO much.
