Toronto Blackout Still Ongoing

If you have friends and family living in Toronto, chances are you are concerned this morning about their well being. Much of the western portion of Toronto has been without power or heat for over 10 hours so far due to a broken water main that flooded a power station and caused a massive short circuit, to say the least.
