Tiqa: 7 months old, but still a charming baby

The Vancouver Aquarium's baby beluga, Tiqa, turned 7 months old on January 10, but she's nowhere near grown up yet. On a visit today I saw the charming baby play with her mother Qila and grandmother Aurora -- with none of the massive crowds that bombarded the aquarium with Tiqa was a newborn. Here's how she looks today (at the top of the pic, shown with mom and grandma):

If you haven't been to see baby Tiqa yet, head to the Aquarium soon. For the most peace to linger in front of the beluga viewing area, go after 3 p.m. on a weekday (but not too late -- the aquarium closes at 5). For hours, admission, and other details, click here.
