The salon search begins: Pome Studio

I told you a while back that the Salon at Spa Utopia's Vancouver location had closed, leaving me in hairstylist limbo.

On Monday, I finally caved in and decided I could no longer stand for my hair to be uncut for one second longer and went to see Shai at Pome Studio on Seymour St.

Pome is a unique little shop -- located on the 9th floor of what seems like a pretty cool old office building (at 525 Seymour). It's just one room, and Shai is the only stylist, so you get the place to yourself. Clearly a master with the scissors, there's no messing around here. Shai understands a low-maintenance girl (like me) needs a low-maintenance cut. On day 3, I'm loving my new shorter 'do.
