Rocky Mountain Flatbread Company -- tasty pizza and pasta in Kits

I felt silly going to the Rocky Mountain Flatbread Comapny -- a restaurant that specializes in pizza -- an not having pizza. But I was so tempted by the pasta of the day that I couldn't help myself. In the end, it was the right decision. The pasta, with tomatoes, basil, mushrooms, and parm cheese, was incredibly tasty, and only $9.95.

It was a treat, in fact, to have so many options to choose from (if you've read this blog before, you'll know that I'm vegetarian and get excited when there are more than 2 options for me on any menu). Loads of tasty pizzas, pastas, and salads tempted me. I'll have to go back again soon to try it out again!
