Montri's: I bet they'd have won the green curry wars...

As you may or may not have read previously on this blog, I'm on a mission to find Vancouver's best green curry. My latest foray into Thai food was a trip to Montri's in Kits. The thing is, with so many tasty and unique dishes on the menu, I couldn't bring myself to order the green curry.

Instead, I had the Prik-King Tofu -- a tasty mixture of tofu, green beans, and spices. My dining companion had the Beef Arroy-D, a sumptuous concoction of delicious sauce with beef and spinach. And the spring rolls? The spring rolls were spectacular. No wonder Montri's has been voted best Thai restaurant 6 years in a row by Vancouver magazine.

Next time? I'll be trying the green curry. And I expect that Montri's will edge out Chilli House Thai Bistro as my favourite spot for green curry in Vancouver.
