Granville to Cambie on the Downtown Historic Railway

IMG_0779.JPG Next stop: Granville Island!

Did you know that Vancouver has an old-fashioned tram service running from Granville Island to Leg-in-Boot square near Cambie Street?

It's true. The Downtown Historic Railway ( operated by the Transit Museum Society) runs back and forth every half hour, and a return ticket is only $2 for adults. It runs Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays through to October 13. You can find more information, and the schedule here.
