Go Watch k.d. lang Tomorrow Night

The city may be abuzz about upcoming concerts from the likes of Madonna and Janet Jackson, but another diva is on her way to Vancouver and she'll be playing tomorrow night! The always outspoken k.d. lang will be performing at the Centre for the Performing Arts on Friday, so if you don't already have plans, you may want to see if any tickets are still available.

The Grammy Award-winning songstress got her start way back in 1984 with A Truly Western Experience, but there's a good chance that a good portion of the setlist will come from her latest album, Watershed, which was released earlier this year. Yes, Ms. Lang hasn't enjoyed as much of the limelight as she did in the 80s and 90s, but she is definitely still around.
