Garden Inspiration

The Vancouver Sun Garden Show is on from now until Sunday June 10 at the VanDusen Botanical Gardens. Hopefully the rain will stay away so everyone can enjoy the spectacular and creative displays from the many entrants this year.

There is inspiration for all at the show this year. If you don't have a huge garden, get ideas to beautify your deck or patio with the Urban Deck Showcase.

Being that the show is not a large show and the Gardens have had growing pains with the show over the years, I hope garden enthusiasts go and show their support and enjoy the displays and variety of amazing plants and flowers available.

The theme this year is 'Windows on the World.' The exhibitors have been inspired by gardens and images from all over the map. The official site states "from Italian to Tropical, you will see gardens that reflect the diversity and beauty of our incredible planet."

Tickets are $15 at the door, $12 if you are already a member.
