Festival Vancouver Aug. 3 - 17

Festival Vancouver is back for its eight season Aug. 3 - 17 in Vancouver. The festival features over 50 classical, jazz, and world concerts at nine different Vancouver venues, including the Chan Centre and the Orpheum.

The 2008 programming spotlight is on "Music of the Americas," so this year's festival features top performers from South and Central America and the United States, as well as some of Canada's top classical, world music, and jazz performers.
