Bill Clinton Speaks Today in Vancouver

He may not be running in next month's election and neither will his wife, but Bill Clinton is still one of the most influential people on the planet. He's also an incredible speaker, so if you have a chance to attend today's conference, you probably should go.

The former US President will be the keynote speaker at a one-day conference being hosted by the Business Council of British Columbia. The conference, called Investing Today for Tomorrow: Corporate Responsibility in British Columbia, will have part of its focus dedicated to the Clinton Giustra Sustainable Growth Initiative. This is an initiative sourced from Clinton and Vancouver philanthropist Frank Giustra.The goal is to work with he private section, using natural resource industries to build sustainable economies in developing countries.

Other featured speakers include Dr. James Tansey of UBC, Bob McFarlane of Telus, and Jim Little of RBC.
