Best Green Curry: Update -- Chilli House Thai Bistro

chilli.jpgA few weeks ago I told you about my hunt for the best green curry in Vancouver.

Well, my obsession with this tasty Thai dish continues, and I've got a new favourite spot for my green curry fix!

Chilli House Thai Bistro is part of the Thai House group of restaurants, but it has a slightly different menu. Chilli House is located on the seawall at Beach Avenue, so you really couldn't request a better view. I sat at an outdoor table and gazed at the water and the boats, and was entertained by the walkers and dogs and rollerbladers going by.

But, getting back to the important thing here: the green curry! Chilli House's green curry was delicious -- smooth, creamy, and spicy. At $14.58 plus $2.28 for rice, it's not cheap -- but it's huge. I easily had enough leftover for lunch the next day (though I did have to make more rice at home).
