All Over the Map Outdoor Dance and Music Series on Granville Island

New Works is presenting free dance and music performances outdoors on Granville Island in July and August as part of the All Over the Map 2008 Dance and Music Series.

The remaining performances include local favourites SOULdiers' Dance (July 27) and Mozaico Flamenco (August 17), and the season's closing performance by the First Nations group Dancers of Damelahamid (August 24).

All performances take place at 2pm at Ron Basford Park (beside Performance Works), on the east side of Granville Island and last for about an hour. All performances move indoors in case of rain.
