Absolute Spa vs. Spa Utopia: Which Vancouver Spa do You Love?

If you're a spa devotee living in Vancouver, chances are you're loyal to either Spa Utopia or Absolute Spa.

A dedicated Spa Utopia girl myself, I recently decided to try out Absolute Spa. (i went to the Spa at the Century location.) I'd been there before for events hosted by Flare magazine, so I'd seen the facility and sampled services like hand massages and foot rubs. But I'd never actually had a service from their spa menu.

I had a body buff and body wrap followed by a massage. It was nice, but I was a little chilly most of the time, and the change rooms and lounge weren't quite as luxurious as the ones at Spa Utopia. For me, Spa Utopia is the choice for a day of individual or couple indulgence.

That said, Absolute Spa at the Century would be a great place to go with a group of girlfriends. Their open-concept upstairs area would be the ideal location for a mani/pedi party. Plus, they have a pool, so you could go for a pre- or post-service swim.

So which Vancouver spa do you love? Check out both to find the best fit for you.
